Prenatal/Newborns bundle (up to 3 months)

This option is for expecting families or families who have a newborn baby (0 to 12 weeks old). I will provide you with knowledge about newborn sleep and some tools to help start your baby down the path to healthy sleeping habits. The purpose of the newborn sleep consultation is to educate families about sleep for newborns and give tools try to foster some healthy sleep habits. This is not intended to help newborns sleep through the night and some newborns are not ready for longer periods of sleep until they are older and their development has progressed.

Included:

  • Private 90 Minute Consultation - We'll discuss newborn babies' sleep needs and how to recognise sleepiness. We will address how to establish a good schedule of feedings and sleeping for the baby. I will also give you tips on ways to help your newborn begin to establish healthy sleeping habits.

  • Detailed Newborn Sleep Plan - The techniques in my newborn sleep plan will educate you about newborn sleep and teach you how to start to establish healthy sleep habits for your baby.

  • Three Follow Up Phone Calls - We will schedule three follow up phone calls during the first 12 weeks to talk about how your baby is sleeping. This calls will generally last about 15-20 minutes.

  • Unlimited Follow Up Email/Messenger Support - This can be generated by you at any time to ask any sleep related questions you have about your baby during the first 12 weeks. I will respond to emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

Babies bundle (4-18 months)

This option is designed to meet your baby's specific sleep needs with the goal being to help your baby learn how to develop healthy sleep habits. We will address your baby's sleep issues and develop a comprehensive sleep plan of how to fix them.

Included:

  • Preliminary Evaluation - This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your baby% sleep habits and routines that you'll fill out prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.)

  • Private Consultation - In a 120 minute (Phone. Skype) consultation. well the sleep plan I have prepared for you. specific strategies. troubleshoot possible problems. and learn how to address bedtime. nap time. night wakings. or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.

  • Customised Sleep Plan - I will prepare for you a customised sleep plan and provide this to you at the conclusion of our private consultation.

  • Five Follow-up Telephone Calls - This is the most important part of the support process! This is where I can ensure the plan is working. make any recommendations of change while you implement the sleep plan. Our first call will follow the night you choose to implement your sleep plan. Then we will schedule the other four follow-up calls during the first week following the consultation. The calls will typically last about 15-20 minutes. During our follow up calls. well use this time to discuss your baby's progress. to deal with any setbacks you might be having. talk about what you can expect next. and answer any general questions.

  • Two Weeks of Unlimited E-mail/Messenger Support - I want to ensure I am supporting you as much as you need! You can email me as many questions as you have for two weeks beginning the day you implement your sleep plan. I will respond to emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

  • Simply Sleepy Tool Kit - This is information for you to help you tackle anything that could come up with your baby's sleep. Topics include: nap transitions, travel tips, how to best transition to a toddler bed, how to maintain successful naps as your baby ages, sleep regressions, early morning wake ups, sleep set backs, and daylight savings time change.

This option is designed to meet your child’s specific sleep needs with the goal being to help your child learn how to develop healthy sleep habits. We will address your child’s sleep issues and develop a comprehensive sleep plan of how to fix them.
